Below is the latest presentation from the health care vendor/plan request for proposal (RFP) we are currently undergoing. The RFP process is something the district undergoes every three years when our health care carrier contract is set to expire. It includes sending out an invitation for carriers to vie for our business. The proposals submitted by the carriers are reviewed by the Board and include vendor presentations, which cover the cost of plans, plan options, customer service offerings and more.
The latest presentation from Monday, Feb. 25, 2019, featured vendor finalist presentations and can be watched on YouTube. NOTE: No motions/votes were made, this was informational only. A vote is slated for our next meeting to be held on March 12, 2019.
