Below is the latest presentation from the health care vendor/plan request for proposal (RFP) we are currently undergoing. The RFP process is something the district undergoes every three years when our health care carrier contract is set to expire. It includes sending out an invitation for carriers to vie for our business. The proposals submitted by the carriers are reviewed by the Board and include vendor presentations, which cover the cost of plans, plan options, customer service offerings and more.
The latest presentation from Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, contained best and final offers (a.k.a. total costs for us to have a plan with them as a carrier) from vendor finalists and can be watched at YouTube. - Vendor finalists will present their complete offerings to the Board of Education during a special meeting
- Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at the ESC beginning at 5:30 p.m.
- Discussion and possible vote selecting the vendor and plan design
