GEAR UP Scholarship 12/31/18 The GEAR Scholarship is to assist low–income students meet their unmet financial need or replace student loan or work study awarded to college students attending a Wisconsin public or private technical college, college, or university. Each year 400 outreach students as well as all enrolled GEAR UP target school seniors who have completed the necessary paper work can be awarded the scholarship. GEAR UP scholarships are available to students enrolled in a GEAR UP program as well as other seniors meeting certain eligibility criteria.Website 11/16/17
