Bradford High School is one of hundreds of schools throughout America that entered the Proms Across America Spirit Contest for a chance to win a portion of more that $65,000 in prizes. The contest, sponsored by Stumps Prom party favor company, included an on-line voting competition that ended on March 13, 2009. Bradford was one of eighteen Wisconsin schools to enter the competition. Students earned a total of 5,857 votes to win a $1,000 prize.</description>

      <description>The last day of school for all Kenosha Unified School District students is Friday, June 12, 2009 when classes will be in session a half-day. The calendar revision is a result of snow days experienced during the winter months. The official Kenosha Unified School Calendar provides for two snow days. Since three days of school were cancelled, the final day for classes moved from June 11, 2009 to June 12, 2009.</description>
