Summer School

The goal of the KUSD Summer School Program is to provide interventions and enrichment consistent with the approved curriculum of the Kenosha Unified School District. In the extended-year programs at the elementary and middle school levels, the objective of the summer school program is to increase student achievement in reading and math through the use of engaging, relevant, problem-based instruction. At the high school level, the objective is to provide an opportunity for high school students to make up course credits and improve the graduation rate. In addition, summer school provides enrichment activities in the areas of music, theater, and instructional recreation.
