The Hillcrest Learning Differences Conference will focus on secondary students with learning differences, behavior challenges and traumatic events. Breakout sessions will address: impact of trauma on learning, the use of technology in differentiation, motivation for at-promise students, closing the achievement gap, and student-teacher partnerships.

Participants will attend two engaging breakout sessions during the conference. On the registration form, participants will indicate first, second, and third choices.

Dr. Michele Hancock is the
Superintendent of the Kenosha
Unified School District. Hancock
has over 30 years of experience in
urban school districts as a
classroom teacher, principal and
central office administrator. During
the keynote, Dr. Hancock will
discuss many galvanizing
successful tools for educators to
utilize when working with their
students.
