Allergy Information

If your child has food allergies, KUSD Food Services and your school nurse would like to meet with you to discuss his/her dietary needs. You will be asked to provide a statement signed by a licensed physician that outlines your child's allergies and specific substitutions. This will allow our staff to review the list in an effort to provide you and your child with a list of safe, healthy and nutritious meal options.

It is important to know that product specifications and ingredients change frequently and menu substitutions do occur, often without notification to the district. We encourage you to use discretion when allowing your child to eat school meals if he/she suffers from food allergies.

To set up an appointment, please contact KUSD Food Services at 262-359-6382. Meeting times are flexible to meet the needs of our families.
