Enrollment Information 2011-2012
- Parents/Guardians must enroll child(ren) each school year
- There is a $5 enrollment fee for each student: daily fees may apply.
- Families that qualify for Wisconsin Shares Childcare Subsidy program will not pay registration or daily fees as long as they qualify for the program; contact your caseworker for additional information 697-4581 / 697-4533.
- Enrollment begins during Open House for Elementary Schools and at Registration for Middle Schools.
- There is open enrollment at the sites throughout the year as long as openings are available.
- An enrollment and dismissal form must be on file for each student that attends.
- Students attend programs on a first-come-first-served basis except for *targeted students.
- Regular attendance is required for CLC programs. See schools for more information on attendance policies.
