  • What is ALiCE?
    • A new approach to school safety and security
    • Encourages the use of common sense in critical situations
    • Training for students began spring 2017

Traffick Jam: Youth Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Conference - March 17

  • For teens 7th - 12th Grades

Gateway Experience for Students with Disabilities - March 20

  • 8:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m. at Racine Campus
  • Please join us and learn about planning a successful transition to post-secondary education at Gateway Technical College. Spend a morning with Gateway's Disability Support Services team exploring how to navigate your educational journey through meaningful connections with staff, and by utilizing college resources and support services.
  • This no cost event is open to high school juniors, seniors, and first-year adult students with disabilities. Lunch will be provided. Schools provide their own transportation.

Seeking Board Members

  • The Education Foundation of Kenosha was organized in 1980 to support the Kenosha Unified School District and its mission. The Foundation has financed a wide range of educational and enrichment projects not able to be funded through the District's normal budgetary allotments.
  • The Board raises and administers funds to support:
    • College scholarships for Kenosha K-12 students
    • Classroom grants to support K-12 teachers
  • Commitment:
    • Attend four board meetings per year
    • Promote and attend fundraising events
    • Participate on one subcommittee
